Definitely, we have the skills in Ibaan that can match the world's outsourcing professionals. The people here have high regard for education. They do not fail to send their children to college. We have produced some of the best graduates in the province.

However, they do not use their skills here. Most are working in Manila offices, or in factories in neighboring towns and cities. Even many leave for abroad. But even though their remittances help to keep the economy afloat, and ensure the future of their families, the lost time with a father, mother, or both parents can never be recovered and has deeper effects on the children.

We believe we can help, if we will be able to make the people of Ibaan aware of opportunities from outsourcing. India has been able to reduce the number of work-related migration by integrating outsourcing with the economy of the country. We believe we can also do the same, and that we can prevent more people from leaving town if we help them find work through outsourcing.
