A New Outsourcing Concept

Remote Reliance is the only provider company that pioneers a community-based outsourcing model, wherein skilled individuals from a pilot area are given a chance to take advantage of outsourcing opportunities, first by educating them and then, giving them employment.

The Philippines has a gem of skills and potentials that await to be perfected and utilized. In any community, there is enough homegrown skills to fill a growing global demand. More than an outsourcing unit, Remote Reliance serves as a basecamp for skill development, management and deployment. It transforms and energizes the community to participate and become competitive in the global economy.

To start implementing its plans for the community, Remote Reliance has formed the Providers Hub in Ibaan, Batangas, initially serving as a common work station and meeting place for local service providers. It has also started developing and testing modules for the virtual assistant courses to be offered in the future Provider Education Center to rise in the same area, to ensure that there will be enough homegrown skills to fill a growing global demand.
